All pieces are finely handcrafted, each has its own unique story. This is not a mass market production or factory-made jewelry.
Please be patient, as crafting takes time and depends on the number of current orders. Usually production takes 3–4 weeks. When the order is ready you will receive a tracking number.

Refunds and Exchanges

If the buyer, for any reason, is not satisfied with the purchase, we offer to replace the product or send a full refund, provided we are notified within 7 days after the product has been received. Return shipping is an obligation of the buyer. Оnce we receive the item, and check that it is in it’s original condition, we are committed to return the money within 7 days.

Shipping

All customers will receive their deliveries within a month after shipping.

If the order does not arrive within a month after shipping we will send a new one or refund in full
