How long will it take to make my order?

Mastenarium is a small jewelry studio. We don’t have jewelry in stock and handcraft each piece to order. Production takes up to 4 weeks and depends on the number of current orders. Your order is made in turn, according to the queue. We do not produce items out of order, so we cannot make your order faster.

How long does shipping take?

Delivery time depends on the destination country. We ship from Georgia, so Europe will receive a parcel quicker than Australia. On average, shipping takes 2 to 4 weeks

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we’ll send you a tracking number. With it, you’ll be able to track your shipment directly on the carrier’s website.

My parcel hasn’t moved for a while. What if it gets lost?

All of our shipments are insured, and we guarantee that you will receive your order. If a parcel is lost, we will remake and resend the order at no cost to you.

How can I find out my ring size?

The only accurate method is measuring with a professional ring sizer.
Other methods such as string, calipers, or comparing with another ring are the way to significant error.
You can find a ring sizer at any jewelry shop or even jewelry counters in shopping centers. In most cases, the measurement is done for free.

What if the ring size doesn’t fit, can it be changed?

If your ring doesn’t fit, we can replace it with another size. Shipping costs both ways are covered by the customer. The resizing service is free.
To avoid waiting twice for production and delivery, we strongly recommend measuring with a proper ring sizer first.

What if the jewelry breaks or a stone falls out?

Please send the piece back to us for inspection and repair (if possible). If the damage was caused by a production defect, we usually remake the piece and fully cover shipping costs. In the case of stones, we can also send you a replacement set for self-installation free of charge.

Where do you source materials for your jewelry and is the comprehensive testing for toxic materials like cadmium or lead done?

For our jewelry we use exclusively premium Italian alloys supplied by certified producers. Our partners hold RJC certifications (responsible production, respect for people, transparent supply chains, and minimal environmental impact), ISO 9001 (guaranteed high quality and continuous improvement), and Traceability & Fashion (confirmed “Made in Italy” origin).
The sterling silver we purchase in pure form from local suppliers. If there were any additives in it, we would notice immediately during processing.

I didn’t find a hallmark on my silver piece.

We don’t always place a hallmark on silver. The legislation of our country does not require it, and applying the hallmark can delay production for weeks, since it must be stamped at a special institution with long queues. In addition, customs authorities in some countries stop parcels that bear hallmarks.
If you need a hallmark, just mention it in the comments to your order or contact us via email or social networks, but please note that production may take longer than usual.
Keep in mind that a hallmark does not guarantee the purity of the metal. Many dishonest workshops use fake hallmarks. If you have doubts, we recommend visiting a laboratory to check the purity of the metal, even if a hallmark is present.

What kind of coating is used on silver?

By default, all of our jewelry is designed with blackening (decorative antiquing). This coating is applied to give the piece authenticity and highlight the texture and depth of the design.
Some items are also available with rhodium plating and/or gold plating.
Please note: blackening is not applied over rhodium or gold. As a result, some details under the plating may appear less pronounced.
Jewelry with rhodium or gold plating requires more careful handling - avoid friction against sharp or abrasive surfaces (like keys) and prolonged exposure to water, sweat, chemicals as this may damage the coating.

Bronze leaves green marks on my skin. What should I do?

Bronze jewelry may leave green traces on the skin depending on your skin’s acidity. This mark washes off easily with soap and water. To prevent it, you can apply a thin layer of clear varnish to the inner surface of the jewelry.

Nickel silver has turned yellow over time. How can I clean it?

It’s normal for white bronze (nickel silver) to acquire a yellowish tint over time. To restore shine, use jewelry wipes or fabrics with a coarse texture (wool, flannel, suede).

How should I care for my jewelry?

Avoid exposing pieces to moisture, cosmetics, gels, cleaning products, or any other chemicals.
To restore shine, polish them with jewelry wipes or coarse-textured fabrics (wool, flannel, suede).

Can I add or change an engraving?

All design details are set at the 3D modeling stage. We do not offer engraving services.
However, you can have it done at specialized engraving companies.

How long have you been in business?

We’ve been creating jewelry since 2015.

Where is your workshop located?

Our workshop is in Tbilisi, Georgia. All shipments are sent from Georgia as well.
