We take great care in bringing every idea to life. In this process, not only technical execution matters to us, but also the story that breathes life into each piece of jewelry – whether it is an artifact from a favorite game or a symbol from a famous movie.
Stage I. Modeling and Creating the Wax Model
Once the concept is approved, we move on to collecting visual reference materials: screenshots, artwork, official images, and even fan creations. Based on this material, we develop a sketch, then create a 3D model, and finally produce a prototype – the wax model.

For complex three-dimensional pieces with the finest details, we use 3D modeling followed by printing; for more two-dimensional designs, we use milling. We select a special wax tailored to our tasks – its plastic properties allow us to create both solid models and composite structures.

Stage II. Preparing the Master Model
The wax model is the first step toward turning an idea into a real object. We place the wax blank into a special clay and fire it so that the wax melts and flows out through a small opening, leaving a cavity. Molten metal is then poured into this mold, after cooling the piece is removed from the clay.
The resulting master model undergoes extremely meticulous finishing: sprues are removed, all imperfections are eliminated, and every detail is polished. Only a flawless master model can serve as the basis for reproduction.

Stage III. Making Rubber Molds
To speed up production, we create reusable molds from special rubber. The master model is placed into a pliable compound, which is then cured in a vulcanizer to produce a durable press mold capable of preserving even the smallest details. This mold allows us to quickly produce accurate copies of wax models.

Stage IV. Assembling the “Tree” and Producing Copies

The final stage is the creation of reproducible pieces. Several wax models are connected into a single structure resembling a “tree,” which is then placed into a clay mold. After the clay is fired and the wax is removed, the required alloy is poured into the cavity.

The finished “tree” is cooled, and each piece is removed for further hand-finishing: grinding, patination, and polishing. If necessary, stones are set into the jewelry and secured with exceptional care.

Every stage of our work from the initial concept to the final touch is carried out with a love for detail and a pursuit of perfection.
